Imagine pouring your energy into a business that flops?! NO THANKS!
Over the next 10 minutes, I want to share with you 3 reasons why your new online business may fail!
Let’s get started!
Reason #1 Mindset
80% of being a mompreneur is having the right mindset. It all starts with committing to your plan and not giving up until you succeed!
Our mind is meant to keep us safe so when a busy mama that’s responsible for all sorts of things throughout the day decides to venture off into a new field your mind will try to stop you! It’s up to you to take control of the conversation and make a habit of changing your thoughts!
Need inspiration? Google Brandon Burchard, Les Brown, Wayne Dyer, Jenna Kutcher, and Amy Porterfield and you’ll find business and mindset training.
Reason #2 No commitment
As a busy mama, your journey when starting your online business will look different from others' journey and that’s okay!
What makes it so that businesses fail is that there is a lack of commitment: time, energy, content, and being all in! There can be no escape door! If you are committed then you will prioritize time to get the work done!
This means saying no scrolling, texting, and Netflix binge-watching.
This means being curious about learning as much as you can!
This means surrounding yourself with other like-minded mamas that REALLY want this for themselves!
Be all in!
Reason #3 No clarity
Another reason why your business may fail is the lack of clarity! Validation and market research will help you get clear on your offer. Before selling your offer, there are a few things you can do to validate your idea. No one wants to put something out there that nobody buys!
Market research using google is a great start! Also looking at what’s already out there! Chances are that you are not reinventing the wheel so why not look at what others are offering? How do they show up online? How do they help their audience with their content?
Lastly, you must get on the phone with at least 5 ideal clients and validate your offer. This is the best way to really understand what your client is struggling with and how you can fill the gap!
Let me know in the comments what is your biggest fear about starting your business?
Be well
